 Universal Permission Form (for attending Youth Group Meetings at IHM)

Senior High:  Come all 9^th – 12^th graders!
When:   1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of the month
Where:  Youth Room
Time:     7:30 - 8:30 PM
What:    Food and Fun!

(The Planning Team will meet on the 2^nd and 4^th Wednesdays; same time and place. All are welcome!)

Junior High:  All 7th and 8th graders!!
Junior High Youth Group Gathering meets Wednesdays, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

> Those attending Faith Formation class are welcome to come and stay until class starts at 6:30 p.m.
