Love Agreement

The Love (Lots of Vital Energy) Agreement enables IHMCS to offer quality programming for our students for an affordable tuition. School tuition is a combination of the monetary amount plus:

• Grade Level Assignments from each family
• Participation in TWO All School Assignments (Grand Celebration and Bingo) 
• A Family Service commitment of 10 hours

Grade Level Assignments
All families are asked to assist with the Grade Level Assignments for each of their child(ren)’s grade(s) for each year. You do not need to sign-up for this. Room Parents will contact you as the event approaches.

All School Assignments
Families are asked to sign up for TWO volunteer opportunities through Grand Celebration and Bingo.

Family Service Hours
All families are asked to select at least 10 hours of Family Service Hours. A variety of opportunities are available to utilize talents and interests. 
 
We understand some families, especially working parents and single parent households, may find it difficult to fulfill the service hour guideline. Please take the 10 hours as a suggestion and sign up for those activities that are consistent with your schedule and areas of interest! Remember, getting involved is the best way to connect with your child’s school community.

Love Agreement 2011-12 School Year

Instructions: 

• Review job choices found in the Current Job Listing
• Email Mary Hall with your job choices.
• Please include: 
  • Full name(s) of Parent(s) 
  • Your child's name(s) and grade(s) for Fall 2011
  • An email address to best reach you (one for each volunteer)
  • A phone number where you can each be reached
  • Specify Job Code and Description indicating for each who will be doing the job (e.g. Mom or Dad) 
  • Select TWO jobs from Grand Celebration and/or Bingo and,
  • Select at least 10 hours of Family Service time

You should receive an email with all of your jobs listed within 1-2 weeks. Volunteer reports are also sent home in the fall.

NOTE! Junior High Play: 7th and 8th grade parents do not have to sign-up for the Junior High Play; you will be automatically signed up for five hours of help for the play (considered five hours of your family service time).
