Grade Level Assignments

Each grade level has an assigned event. For example, if you have a child in Kindergarten, you are responsible for helping with the Staff Appreciation Lunch. Room Parents are responsible for organizing the grade level assignments and volunteers, and will contact you regarding participation as the event gets closer. Please review your grade assignments below:

Kindergarten – Staff Appreciation Luncheon (with 2nd grade)

Coordinated with 2nd grade class the luncheon is attended by Father, Principal, teachers, parish and school staff, and custodians. 

1st Grade – Catholic Schools Week Support (with 8th grade)
Coordinated with the 8th grade class, this annual February event is in support of the open house for parish members and current families. 

2nd Grade – Staff Appreciation Lunch (w/Kindergarten; see above)

3rd Grade – Back to School Picnic

Third grade parents host the Back to School Social in August, the week prior to the first day of school. The event features music, food and fun for current and new families.  

4th Grade – Teacher Fall Conference Meals

For two nights of parent/teacher conferences, 4th grade provides and hosts dinner for our teachers. 

5th Grade – Teacher Spring Conference Meals

For two nights of parent/teacher conferences, 5th grade provides and hosts dinner for our teachers. 

6th Grade – Book Fair

6th grade parents staff and assist the Book Fair in January in coordination with the school librarian.

7th Grade – Graduation Reception for 8th grade

Class parents coordinate, serve and provide food and refreshments at the 8th grand graduation party in June. 7th graders are welcome to help out.

 8th Grade – Catholic Schools Week (w/1st grade; see above)
