IHMCS Community Code of Conduct

Objective

Affirmatively communicate expectations reflective of our Catholic, Christian faith and in so doing, facilitate appropriate action and decision-making and promote a respectful environment where all can feel welcomed and honored.

  • Recognize the worth and rights of all people
  • Value the differing talents and points of view of those involved
  • Ensure matters are handled confidentially, respectfully, directly and timely
  • Be sensitive, kind and courteous to all
  • Protect and respect the property of others
  • Support and follow school rules

Integrity

  • Accept responsibility and accountability
  • Practice and promote honesty
  • Be willing to admit mistakes
  • Fulfill commitments
  • Do what is right and enhances your walk with the Lord

Community

  • Work positively and cooperatively with all
